Why this exists

I've been an IT contractor for years, and the financial side of running my corp has frustrated me the entire time:

Generalist accountants who don't quite understand contracting
Lost weekends on bookkeeping I half-understand
Quiet anxiety about whether I'm leaving money on the table
HST treatment of US clients I'm never confident about

I asked around. Most contractors I know live the same loop. So I'm exploring building the thing I wish existed — and right now, that means having real conversations with incorporated Canadian IT contractors to make sure I'm solving the right problems, not the imagined ones.
